The best place to try to find parking would be at the school behind the Mass Ave T station. If you come down Mass Ave, take a left onto Columbus Ave and take your first right onto Northampton. The road bends to the left and becomes a parking lot at the school (not sure of the name of the school). You can park there and walk over the footbridge to the back of Matthews.

JV Girls and Parents, Scituate has asked the JV to a final game at Hobomock on Friday February 20th at 3pm. I am hesitant to commit until I know who is traveling over break and who will be here. Could you please send me an email or text me and let me know if you are available to play and if we can come up with 10 people I will tell him yes. The sooner the better as he may give away the ice if I don't respond. I'd like to know by tomorrow afternoon please. From Coach Beal:
Hockey practice Tuesday Feb 10 is canceled. We will contact the JV players and find a day for their final practice. Game Wednesday Feb 11 at Bridgewater vs WH/SL at 8pm. Bus leaves Cohasset at 5:45pm Bus leaves Hanover at 6:10pm It is a round trip bus so players will be returning to Hanover about 10:30-10:45pm and returning to Cohasset about 11-11:15pm From Coach Beal:
I just spoke with Scituate's coach and we are going to try for tomorrow morning. A decision will be made at 6:10am if there is any question due to weather. If you have any questions or are afraid you missed any communication please do not hesitate to call or text Ted or me. From Coach Beal:
We have a JV game this Sunday 7:30-8:30AM in Pembroke against Scituate. With the snow forecast, the AD's, myself, and other coach have decided we will try to make a decision on playing the game Saturday evening. We will post on the website Saturday evening when a decision is made and the senior girls will contact the girls also. Don't be afraid to text or call me if you have any questions. If it does get cancelled we will find ice to make the game up. This Sunday's JV game is the final one scheduled. A later one against Scituate that was originally on 2/15 had to be cancelled.
I apologize, guys. I assumed that with school closed today practice was automatically cancelled as well. Practice is on today at the regular Tuesday time and location.
Please take a look at the updated schedule I've just posted. Among other items of note is a make-up game with Quincy tentatively scheduled for next Monday (I'll blog a confirmation when it comes).

I guess my previous post wasn't the final word... Tomorrow's game against Quincy is cancelled because Quincy is having another snow day. Now girls before you complain about Cohasset and Hanover having school remember this: we always brag that our sidewalks are more free of snow than those of neighboring towns, and this just proves it once again.
